Spicy Fall Caesar

You can make a delicious and spicy fall Caesar drink by adding Charlie's Saucery hot sauce to a classic Caesar recipe. Here's a simple recipe for a Spicy Fall Caesar:


  • 1.5 oz vodka
  • 4 oz Clamato (tomato and clam juice cocktail)
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz Worcestershire sauce
  • 3-4 dashes of  Charlie's Saucery hot sauce (adjust to your preferred level of spiciness)
  • 1 pinch of celery salt
  • Ice
  • Garnishes (e.g., celery stalk, pickles, olives, crispy bacon, or even a small slice of pumpkin for a fall twist)
  • Rimming salt (optional)


  1. If desired, rim the glass with salt: Run a lemon or lime wedge around the rim of your glass, then dip it into a plate of rimming salt to coat the rim. This is optional, but it adds a nice touch.

  2. Fill your glass with ice cubes.

  3. Add the vodka to the glass.
