Spicy Fall Caesar

You can make a delicious and spicy fall Caesar drink by adding Charlie's Saucery hot sauce to a classic Caesar recipe. Here's a simple recipe for a Spicy Fall Caesar:

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz vodka
  • 4 oz Clamato (tomato and clam juice cocktail)
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz Worcestershire sauce
  • 3-4 dashes of  Charlie's Saucery hot sauce (adjust to your preferred level of spiciness)
  • 1 pinch of celery salt
  • Ice
  • Garnishes (e.g., celery stalk, pickles, olives, crispy bacon, or even a small slice of pumpkin for a fall twist)
  • Rimming salt (optional)

Instructions:

  1. If desired, rim the glass with salt: Run a lemon or lime wedge around the rim of your glass, then dip it into a plate of rimming salt to coat the rim. This is optional, but it adds a nice touch.

  2. Fill your glass with ice cubes.

  3. Add the vodka to the glass.

  4. Squeeze the fresh lemon juice into the glass and add Worcestershire sauce.

  5. Add the Clamato juice. Adjust the amount to your taste. You can use more or less to make it as strong or light as you like.

  6. Add 3-4 dashes of Charlie's Saucery hot sauce. Adjust the amount to your preferred level of spiciness.

  7. Sprinkle a pinch of celery salt into the drink. This adds a bit of extra flavor.

  8. Stir the ingredients well to combine them. Use a celery stalk or a long spoon to do this.

  9. Garnish the drink with your choice of toppings. For a fall twist, you can use a small slice of pumpkin as a garnish in addition to traditional garnishes like celery, olives, pickles, or crispy bacon.

  10. Serve your Spicy Fall Caesar and enjoy!

Feel free to customize this recipe to your taste, as the Caesar is a very versatile cocktail. You can experiment with different garnishes to create a unique and flavorful fall beverage.
